FRANKLIN, Tenn.—-Bedbugs - little vampires of the insect world have invaded homes even five star hotels with a vengeance and at lightning speed. These grisly little bugs only come out at night searching for a blood meal.
The conventioneers were environmental health specialists, but they say the conditions they found when they checked into the Tropicana Casino and Resort this summer were anything but healthy. The Denver-based National Environmental Health Association was so dissatisfied with its stay at the Tropicana this June that it does not plan to pay $22,000 of its $97,000 bill, according to testimony …
Q — My studio apartment has a bedbug infestation. I believe it came from another building in the complex, which has had them for a while, according to management. They are spraying weekly and have tried using aerosol bombs, as well. That created problems, as my research indicated the bombs were ineffective on bedbugs. I complained.
